4. Platform Rights

ISAMARKAND MCHJ reserves the right to: remove listings that violate these Terms, temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts, and modify these Terms without prior notice.

5. Paid Services

Johny Top offers both free and paid subscription packages. Payments are processed via Payme, UzCard, and HUMO. Services are activated upon payment confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Johny Top is not liable for transactions between users. The platform acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality or safety of listed goods.
